Accomplishments & Achievements
Allow me to share with you some of my achievements and accomplishments that made my skills and even my personality for the last 20 years of working. These are the feat of my hardwork in which I claim and very good in keeping and sharing.
Laboratory Project Management
Designed an automated laboratory workflow for Roche Diagnostic and Hospital clients. The shift to an automated laboratory workflow is a crucial stage since MedTech’s and Pathologists are used to manual laboratory workflows. To lessen the amount of time and let the laboratory get familiarized with the new system I was able to established steps to achieved the integration in a short period of time. This benefited not only the laboratory but most importantly their patients for reliable and faster results.
IT Project Management
Managed building IT infrastructure for newly built vessels/ ships. Overcame issue that arose in the implementation through decent scheduling, precise and complete hardware purchased, good people coordination, well arranged travel documents, training of vessel crew such as Captain, Chief Engineer, etc. on how to use Vessel IT Infrastructure resulting into a complete fuctional sailing ships.
Team Management
An OIC (Officer in Charge) in one of the BPO Companies. Mentored and coached low performing agents to help them meet targets and expectations by means of manging the team, set targets and forecasts for agents.

Carried out Incident and Problem Management role. Overcame problem investigation, issue in escalation into the right support groups, time management, tasks scheduling and continuous relay of informations. Through multitasking, analyzation, asking the right questions and being persistent at all times deliver what’s needed solutions in fixing the problem.

Worked at Singapore as a Field Engineer. Servicing different companies with different IT infrastructures. Through good rapport with local site it people, adapted to changes that benefited the company for better efficiency.
